Marketing Plan

There are no charges to the artist for our services rendered.

Any artist is free to withdraw their music from our site by issuing a one-week notice to give us time to conduct the deletions.  We do not engage in written contracts with songwriters, unless a potential purchase of their music is involved.  All agreements are based on a 50/50 split of monies earned during our promotion of your music.

Once an artist submits their music the following will occur:

(1) Your music will be listened to and you will receive an email informing how we can best market your music.

(2) Once your music is loaded into our system, the songs are shortened into song clips to avoid internet theft.

(3) The system encourages non-industry visitors to the site to purchase your songs for $0.99 per track, of which $0.50 is placed in account for the artist, who will be paid quarterly.  This is NOT mandatory as the artist can request to have their song clips "Listen Only."

(4) An artist song may be included on digital compilation albums, such as Country Gospel, Instrumental, Redemption, etc.

"Listen Only" artists are excluded from digital download albums.

(5) Your songs are now categorized into Gospel Subjects, such as Agape Love, Prophecy, Salvation, making it easy for Film Supervisors to find the songs they require for their projects. 

(6) Your songs are now categorized into Genres, such as Traditional, Hymns, Scripture Songs, etc. with sub-categories, making it easy for identifying songs quickly that fit the need for the searcher.

(8) Your music is now available for pitching to all segements of the music buying industry.  We cannot promise results for we are dependent upon the quality of your music for success.  There are reasons why songwriters are not signed to major record and publishing deals.  However, we believe in your music to promote the Adventist doctrines and are trying our best to promote it.  All decisions regarding your music will be "JOINT."

(9) Some songs are selected to pitch to established artists to see if they are interested in recording them.

(10) Some songwriters have an upside as a legitimate recording artist.  We will pitch certain artists to record labels.

(11) Some songs are "radio" friendly.  We pitch certain songs to Adventist and Christian radio. 

(12) If an artist has enough songs to warrant a picture and a bio in our songwriter library, we will ask the artist to supply both.
